inserting linked form fields

Can I insert a form field in Word 2010 and have it linked to another form field that automatically fills in the answer further down in the document?  I'm trying to get consistent data throughout the form and make it easier for the end user to fill out and send back.

Thanks in advance,

Double-click the first form field (while the document is unprotected).

Make sure that the form field has a bookmark name and make a note of this name.

Tick the check box "Calculate on exit", then click OK.

Click where you want to refer to the form field.

Press Ctrl+F9 to insert field braces { } (do not type { } yourself, that won't work!)

Type the name of the bookmark between the braces, e.g. { Text1 }

Press F9 to hide the field code.

When you protect the document for forms, enter something in the form field and press Tab, the reference(s) elsewhere in the document will be updated.
