Access: Command Button Wizards not showing up

As I said, when I am looking at a form in layout view, and have selected a cell I want to use for a button, I've gone to the button tool (made sure that Use Control Wizards is on) and clicked in the cell. So, I should have the control wizard popping up. Instead I get a blank button and a property sheet. I've tried switching it off, then switching it on. Trying with it switched off and switched on. Still nothing.

Any ideas?

Well, no that's not right. It most certainly is supposed to work in Layout View. Anyway, I came back to my computer after closing down access and tried it again, and now it works. In Layout View. Thanks anyway though.

    Hello,

You need to use this in design-mode. It does not work in Layout view.

    Hope to Help - Jörn
