I have Office Pro 2003, XP Pro.  All Windows updates have been installed including XP SP3 and even double checked.  I have run the detect and repair and custom install for the Office Pro 2003.  I have tried installing the Office 2010 Trial as the owner of the laptop, the administrator of my office network, and even as a user that doesn't have rights to install software.  I still get "Setup Errors:  An Office 2003 installation on your computer is currupted and setup cannot continue.  Remove or repair the Office 2003 product and re-run setup."  I do NOT want to uninstall Office 2003 because I still use some of its features.  Any other suggestions?

Do you have the installation disk for Office 2003?

If yes, try to do a custom install of Office from the disk.
