I just upgraded to Office 2010 from 2003 and I'm still figuring it out. The "Row Area" in my Pivot tables altenrates column font formats from bold to un-bold in the Classic Pivot display. I cannot control bold/unbold via the normal Format Cells selection feature. I guess MS thinks this improves readability. Not being able to control it is driving me crazy. How can I control it? Thx

Yea I know what you mean...why the first couple columns are bolded is beyond me. I just delete the pivot table and start over.
