Can someone help...When I am in Microsoft Word 2007 the screen tips disappear to quickly. Can anyone help me?

Does this happen only with Word? Click on the Office icon > Word Options >general > check if the screen tips are enabled. Do not place your hand on the keyboard area and check if the screen tip stays for a longer time

My screen tips do not appear at all when I position the mouse over the object. I am using a laptop....
Screen tips will not disappear if you do not move the cursor from the object on the word document. Do have a wireless mouse or are you using a Laptop?
