I ended up having to set his printer to default to color. It was easier than trying to get him to press a Macro button to print everthing in color. Easiest fix for our situation
Excel will only print first page in color
I have searched around the internet, and it seems like the issue is old, but I have not found a resolution for it that is sutable. I have an employee that when printing, the first sheet will print out in color, but the rest of the pages are in black and white. The solutions I have found include changing the print properties in each page to print in color (very tedious for large workbooks), or to set the printers properties to color from control panel (not really helpful if we don't want him to print everything in color). Has this issue been resolved any other way, or are these my only two options?

2011-05-26T23:49:58+00:00 You could use a macro to change all sheets in the active workbook
Sub PrintInColour()
Dim WS As Worksheet
For Each WS In ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets
WS.PageSetup.BlackAndWhite = False
Next
ActiveWorkbook.PrintOut
End Sub
Sub PrintInBlackAndWhite()
Dim WS As Worksheet
For Each WS In ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets
WS.PageSetup.BlackAndWhite = True
Next
ActiveWorkbook.PrintOut
End Sub
