When I create a copy of a worksheet, the new worksheet has not kept the conditional formatting in sequence.  I have a lot of formatting and it is necessary to keep the sequential order...

Any suggestions how to create of copy of a worksheet and not loose the sequential conditional formatting?

My question is WHY does the conditional formatting NOT keep the sequential order in which it was created (ie column A, then column C, etc).  After creating a new copy of the worksheet and pasting, the conditional formatting shifts (ie column E, then Column L, the Column A).
