Adding variables to a Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM)

I have the Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) template. How do I assign variables to the rows and columns? I am using the RAM base stencil.  I cannot figure out how to customize the Resource column or the Task row. I'm sure it something simple, but I just cannot find the solution.

I was able to change the text in the cell by selecting the shape and then selecting the cell. Another way to do it is to have nothing selected and chose the Text Tool (the letter A) and click on the shape. Click on the shape over the text you want to change. This should open a text window so you can change the text.

To do more than a 10 by 10 you need to add a new grid. These grids are grouped shapes so the first time you click one of these shapes you select the shape. If you then click inside the text block you then select a shape within the grouped shape. The handles around the shape will be gray. At this point, you can change the text by just typing. When you start typing Visio will recognize that you want to change the text and will replace the previous value.

I have been exploring the stencil and if you right click any of the diamonds, the menu will give you options for selecting other types. The P,A,R,I and S.

You can increase by adding seperate sections - with or without the titles. As an example, the stencil is not bad, but it can be improved.

It is not easy to do, but you have to select the block and change the Tasks and Resources shape data for that shape. Currently that is limited to 10 each. Make sure the Shape Data window is open and the selection is done by a drop down list on the right.

That is in the Visio Toolbox. http://visiotoolbox.com/2010/templates.aspx under Project management

I'd probably start with the source of the template. Where did you get it?
