I have created a presentation using English language in Office 2007 and the same is saved as a .pptx file. The original template used for this presentation was in Danish. When a colleague is trying to print the presentation, the text is getting distorted and some portions of it are missing. Can anyone please suggest a solution for this?

I'm betting this has to do with the page setup and the paper size. It seems that when you use, say, A4 in the page setup in PPT but you print to, say, US Letter sized paper, you need to go to the PPT print dialog and check "fit to page." Then stuff doesn't get cut off.

Try that first, and if it doesn't work then holler back and we'll try other things. (Updating printer drivers, checking High Quality Printing, etc.)

To add to what Echo has said: You may want to go through the slides to make sure they are formatted properly. When pasting the slides some information may have pasted below the slide bottom margin and will not print out so just make adjustments as needed.
