Is it possible to obtain data from another online excel, from an online excel?

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly, do you mean you want to gain data from Excel Online or OneDrive using Exchange Online?
You could upload/attach files in OneDrive, add the Excel online file to the new message, is that what you want?

I have two excel books, online. Book 1 and Book 2. Supposing I want to get Book 2 data from Book 1. Is it possible to do so considering that they are both Excel Online Books? The idea is to be able to work with excel online, and for the user to use Book 1 as the data entry of a system that registers events, but the point is that I need Book 2 to collect that data and historize it. On the other hand, book 1 should consult data from Book 2 as well.
