How can i connect to s Sqlite backend from a MS Access frontend with out seting up an ODBC or any specail drivers

If by "setting up an ODBC" you actually mean creating a DSN, you should be able to use DSN-less links to the database. I show one one of doing this athttp://www.accessmvp.com/djsteele/DSNLessLinks.html (although you'll probably need to go tohttp://www.connectionstrings.com/ to figure out the exact connect string you need)
