Display date code in all caps

I am using the date code to have the date on a form input automatically.  However, I would like for the format to be in all caps (MAY 5, 2011).  How can I accomplish this?

    I don't see any native, easy, way to do it. Other apps/languages allow MMM to force all upper, but not excel.
