Delete a Quick Style

In Word 2007, how do I permanentlyremove a Quick Style from the Quick Styles Gallery? When I right click on a Quick Style that I want to remove, then click on Remove from Quick Style Gallery, it is removed--but only in that particular document. When I open a new document, it appears in the Gallery. I will never use it and I don't want it to take up space in the Gallery. Thank you.

Do the following: In the Apply Styles pane (Ctrl+Shift+S), type in the style name. Click the Modify button. In the Modify Style dialog box, clear the "Add to Quick Style list" option. Select "New documents based on this template" and click OK.

If/when you are prompted to save your template, choose to do so.

Yes, it absolutely answered my question and... it works! Many thanks to Stefan for pointing out the one option I never thought to try, clearing the Add option. Keep up the good work!
