The cursor disappears when using PP with a second monitor.

If I move it over to the second monitor I can see it, but when I move it back to the main computer screen it disappears. .  It appears the cursor is active, but behind the main page, but cannot get it to come forward without an extensive wait, 3 or 4 minutes.  Thanks for any and all help!

    Thanks for clarifying!

I don't know the answer here. Hopefully someone else will pop in with ideas.

Until then, what if you press Alt+Tab to cycle through the windows? Maybe that will shed some light on what's taking focus?

Also, are you running any PPT add-ins? They're listed in File | Options | Add-ins.

Thank you  for focusing the question.  I am running the presentation on a second monitor and  seeing slide sorter view on my main monitor.

The computer is being used to run church hymns.   It was fine until a couple of weeks ago. Nothing has changed that we know of.

Remember, we can't see what you see there. What is on the first monitor and what is on the second monitor?

Like, are you running the presentation on a second monitor and you're seeing slide sorter view on your main monitor,

or are you using presenter view so you see the slide show on the second monitor and the presenter view screen on your main monitor

or are you editing a presentation on the 2nd monitor (in normal view) and Outlook is open on the main monitor?
