Expert (Office 365 and Office 2019) exam & MCT

Question

dear sir,
first part:
If i pass the three exam
MO-101: Microsoft Word Expert (Word and Word 2019)
MO-201: Microsoft Excel Expert (Excel and Excel 2019)
MO-500: Microsoft Access Expert (Access and Access 2019)

will i get : Microsoft Office Specialist: Expert (Office 365 and Office 2019)

without take the exams of: Microsoft Office Specialist: Associate (Office 365 and Office 2019)

because if I pass the expert why i need to get Associate.

second part:
how i can Become a Microsoft Certified Trainer on (Microsoft Office Specialist: Expert (Office 365 and Office 2019))
i couldn't find it.

please help
