tasks are jumbled

Does anyone have a solution to this problem:

When I save a MS Project File and then re-open it - several of my tasks are jumbled and blank lines are inserted at random. This happens occaisionally with MS Project 2003 and more often when I open a file in MS Project 2010

You asked this same question earlier and Julie responded. It would be easier and less duplication if you stuck with a single thread and not re-post a new thread.

That said, details are still sketchy. What exactly do you mean by "jumbled"? If I had to take a guess I'd say a sort or filter is being applied. Either the file was saved that way or there could be an event driven macro that applies a sort or filter.

As a second guess the file could be corrupt. Do other files show the same problem?
