Binder section not opening

Question

I have a binder section that will not open. It runs using macros and we have never had this problem. This morning I added pages to the section but it won't load. I get an error saying "Binder cannot activate this section of the binder. Double click the icon above or click view on the section menu to work on the section outside the binder." I am not able to open the binder outside either. any idea what my problem may be and how I can rectify it?

My computer doesn't run Norton. So this wouldn't be the issue.
