Pivot Data External Source - Access Query not listed.

Hi,

I have a query in Access 2007 that has several table joins (3 of the tables are linked from another DB).

Now, i am trying to create a Pivot Table in Excel 2007.  This is what i am doing:

Insert PivotTable/Use an external data source/choose connection.  I then go ahead and browse for my DB.  However, when I choose the DB it only brings up the select Table View and is not showing my Query list.

Now, I had this DB in my C Drive originally and when I did the Pivot I got the same view but then got to see the Query under the Existing Connections (Connection files on this computer).  I then proceeded to move the DB on to a shared drive and redo the Pivot.  I am at this juncture when I can't seem to select the Query.  Under the connecton files on this computer, I can still see the original connection.  I have since deleted the DB of my C drive and so the only copy lies in the shared drive.  Not sure how I would re-wire it to point to the shared drive.

I was able to resolve the issue.  The Query was always available but was being called a "View" while the tables were being called "Table".  Plus, I got thrown off by the title of the box that said "Select a Table"
