Locking Row Labels

How do I lock the row labels when changing the filter on a Pivot Table.

I want the row lables to remain the same every time I change the filter.

Click on a row label.

Activate the Options tab of the ribbon.

Click Field Settings in the Active Field group.

Activate the Layout & Print tab of the Field Settings dialog.

Tick the check box "Show items with no data".

Click OK.
