Export Monthly Raw Data into spreadsheet with different catagories in some months

I am trying to export montly budgets in raw data form into an excel spreadsheet.  Each month may not necessarily have the same expenses.  How do I export the montly info and paste it into the excel spreadsheet so that each category lines up each month and doesn't get off when one month has an expense in a category that not all other months do?

    You'll have to put the raw data in one worksheet and then use a lookup function in the sheet which contains all the expese categories to extract the relevant data.
