Duplex printing multiple documents without blank pages

Is there an easy way to duplex print multiple documents without a break between documents with an odd number of pages?  For example, I want to print a 3 page document with page 1 of the next document on the back side of page 3 of the first document.  Or two separate 1 page documents back to back on the same piece of paper.

I know I can merge the documents if they are both Word, but that wouldn't work if one is Excel.

Thanks.

You could use the ability of the free PrimoPDF converter to append documents to a pdf file when printing them and in that way, end up with a single pdf file which could then be printed in Duplex mode.

Hope this helps.
