Error when printing envelopes

I am receiving the error "number must be between 1 and 31" when trying to print envelopes.

The 'Fix it' fixed my problems with 2 computers. The desktop had Windows Vista and laptop had Windows Xp.

I have working with my printer team for well over a month without any signs of the problem getting fixed.

Thank you for posting the 2nd link which helped me fix the issue on my laptop. I found that the fix it only worked on Vista and the same steps have to be done manually on a XP machine. 

As mentioned in the post, steps 1 and 2 fixed my problem on the XP machine.

I am very grateful to Microsoft support team on fixing my problems.

Another of your "scatter-gun" responses!

Are you sure that anyone of those "fixes" will correct the problem.  If you know which one it is, you should give the explicit instructions for fixing the problem.

The error indicates that something in the envelope layout is too close to the edge of the "page"

For an envelope, the return address and the mailing address are inserted using the Styles that contain Frames and possibly the location of one of the frames, or its size, is causing it to protrude too close to the edge of the page.
