IP Address changed for ASR configuration server

Question

Hi,

IP Address has been changed for ASR configuration server after few servers are replicated.

Is there any way that we can update the configurations so that we can use the same setup? Please advise.

Note: ASR configuration server is built in VMware environment.

It is not recommended to change the IP address of the Configuration server. One option is to retain the IP address of the configuration server.

There are steps which can be executed to resolve this issue, but they can’t be executed by you directly as the steps are too extensive. Better to create a support case for this.
