Refresh a shared workbook?

I need a spreadsheet to show our stock levels. I need it so that 4 people are able to update at once and I need us all to be able to see the changed instantly (or within a few seconds). I have worked out how to make it a shared workbook on our server and I know how to set it to automatically update every 5 minutes. 5 mins seems to be the lowest I can go though, so I need to be able to either put a button in to refresh (but it wont let me use a macro on a shared workbook) or for it to save and refresh all users when something is changed. If somebody could help me with this it would be great... my excel knowledge is limited, so I might need things explaining in depth. Thanks!

Oh, and I am using Office 2010.

The persons working with the shared workbook should hit Cntrl+S before / after entering any new data and to view the changes done by the other users.  I hope hitting Cntrl+S is a simple method when comparing to other solutions.

Hope that helps!!!

Thank you Sixthsense!!! I can't believe it was that simple! I have been trying to work that out for two days! The more I was looking at it, the more complicated I was trying to making it :)
