Delete rows by date range

Hi there,

I have a spreadsheet that has lots of data with column C being the date (dd-mm-yyyy). Is there a way for me to create a macro that would keep the data within a specify range  (say something from 30/10/2010 to 30/10/2011) and delete all other rows where the dates are outside of the specified range? Perhaps something with an input text?

Thanks.
