I have an Access 2003 db which I cannot open. I have tried creating an Access 2007 db and importing the reports without success.

Error message is: Record(s) cannot be read; no permission on 'MySySAccessStorage'.

What can I do???? Thanks in advance.

OS: Win XP Home.

Has this 2003 database been opened or edited in 2007? This is a builtin system table, but when I checked a few of my mdb's, this table existed only in those which had been used in 2007.

I strongly suspect that there is indeed some corruption, and you'll need some good luck to solve it. Try the suggestions at http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/corruptmdbs.htm.

You probably have some form of corruption. Try a backup.
