Weekly deliverables

Hi,

In our project plan, we need to forecast the deliverables (meterage in our case) for the planned tasks, on a weekly basis. We know we can put in the forcast data for the whole task in tables, but we don't know how to do it on a weekly basis, since the number of weeks is variable for different tasks.

One solution can be dividing the tasks into weekly subtasks, but then plan becomes cumbersome.

Does MS Project offer any solution to incorporate this operational feature in projects?

It will be really helpful to get an answer.

Hi,

You can simulate that in Project by representing the meterage delivered as material resources used; will be visivle week by week in any Usage view.
