Hi,

How do you change a character to subscript in equation editor? I can't see an icon in the toolbar and doing the normal right-click>font>subscript doesn't seem to work (unable to tick this option).

Thank-you!

First hi-light the character.  Then, in the Editor Toolbar, click on the superscript/subscript group (third group on the bottom) and pick subscript.

thank-you, this worked! If you don't have the Editor Toolbar automatically then go into 'Customise the  quick access toolbar"  and add 'equation tools' .
