I had an old thread about this topic but no one’s replying so I’m posing a new question.

http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/addonenote/thread/b7a886a2-ce6c-4b91-820a-810a85ad141d/#d35d1fc6-d3e3-4044-89f3-cbd057ccf6eb here was my old thread and there is all the information.

On OneNote, after like a minute, an error message that says OneNote has stopped working. Also, any actions such as Notebook Properties cause this problem. Again, this is my error property.

There was a problem because I deleted Documents\OneNote Notebooks, but the notebook still existed in the application. After I cleaned up the cache, I made a folder called OneNote Notebooks and then it worked. Thanks!

Can you verify that you uploaded the crash data to Microsoft, and if so, can you get the "bucket number" using the directions here: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/descapa/archive/2009/06/24/how-to-get-a-watson-bucket-on-windows-7.aspx

It doesn't have a bucket ID. This is what it says.
