Option Button Groups

I am using Excel 2007 and am trying to utilize groups of option buttons, with each group within one cell.  I can get one cell/group of buttons to work great and I direct the state to a second cell.  I experience the problem when I try to set up an independent group of option buttons in another cell.  When I use Format Control, under the Control tab, I set the Cell link to a second cell (which is different from the cell link I have set from the first group of buttons), it changes the cell link of the first group of cells automatically to the same cell.  All the buttons work as one group and I cannot separate them to operate independently.  The on-line help for this seems to indicate that you should be able to change the cell link reference for each group to create the separation, but I can't change the cell link of one group without affecting the other.

With Forms option buttons, you have to place a Group Box control around them to create a group. All option buttons that aren't enclosed in a group box are grouped together in a single group.
