Problem with document translator in microsoft translator app

I tried translating the document translator app I downloaded from github. I previously downloaded several documents using this method but am unable to since yesterday. The status of the document remain stuck in translating for hours.

2021-07-23T13:56:08.367+00:00 No error dear. The document stays like this (translating) forever. I created new Azure resource and was able to get result right away.
This is a problem as I don't know what the problem was with my previous resource (can't troubleshoot if we don't get the error)
