I have a moderately sized worksheet that has groups of data. Each group uses the subtotal function. The problem arises as follows: if I cut the last row of a group (the row immediately above the row/cell containing the subtotal function) adn paste that row into another section, the subtotal function recalculates; however, it does so based upon where in the worksheet I paste the cut row. So if I cut row 234 down to row 344, the subtotal function in row 235 changes and rather than changing the row from 234 to 233, it changes from 234 to 344.
This does not seem correct. Excel 2003 did not do this.
