osetup.dll error

Have a new Toshiba Satellite machine for my client with Windows 7 installed. I uninstalled the 60 day version of Microsoft Office 2007, as we have purchased the Microsoft Office 2007 Student and Home version.

When I double click the setup.exe, an error "C:......\ENTERPRISE.WW\OSETUP.DLL digital signature does not validate or is not present" occurs. I have looked at everything in all the forums. Tried all the suggestions - try installing from another machine, try installing from a USB device, try replacing the osetup.dll from another Microsoft programme cd - but none of them have worked.

Please can you help me with the solution to this problem as I need to hand the pc to my client. Thank you very much.
