Runtime and Context Menu

I have a Access 2000 db that we are running using runtime.

When I run it on my pc (full access) my right-click contextual menu works fines, but in runtime it does not appear.  Is this a limitation of runtime or is there some other problem at play?

It is something you have to deal with in Runtime.

Do you mean they don't work in runtime?

When using the runtime you need to provide ALL menus, Toolbars and/or Ribbons.

Could you explain, I don't understand your statement.

Yes, in the Runtime you have to BUILD your own menus and tool bars.  The built in ones are ONLY available if you are using a full version of Access.  So you have to build a context menu and then you have to assign it to a form in the Shortcut Menu property of the form.
