On Premises AD replication for Highavailability

I've a small company contains one AD and ADC Server.
Is it possible to synchronize on premises AD to Cloud, In case of disaster to get users login authentication from Azure to minimize the downtime.

    If you have an Azure tenant you can synchronize your on premise AD with Azure AD:
