reinstall Microsoft Works

Microsoft Works is still in Add or Remove Programs, and the files and applications are still in Program Files, but none of the programs come up in a search. The Microsoft Works folder in All Programs is empty. Should I somehow reinstall Works?

P.S. When I run one of the programs from the folder in Program Files, it works correctly. The rest of the computer just thinks they're gone.

You have to contact Gateway to get the installation source or you can also purchase Works 9.0 then uninstall and reinstall it.

Visit the link below to purchase Works 9.0:

I already tried repairing the installation. It asked for the disc, which I don't have. The manufacturer of the computer is Gateway. How do I get the installation source?

You can repair the works installation. However reinstallation would be the best option.

    How to repair Works Installation?

    1.     Close Works

    2.     Click on Start-> Control Panel

    3.     Click on Add/Remove Programs

    4.     Click on Click here for support information

    5.     Click on Repair

Note: - If the program is preinstalled on the computer, you can contact the computer manufacturer to get the installation source for Microsoft works.

Keep the works disc handy for reinstallation. Uninstall Works referring the link below:

Also check the reinstallation location of works on the machine.
