Diabling Auto Sort when working with Pivot Table (Excel 2007)

When using a pivot table, I used to be able to click on the heading click sort ascending and Excel would sort with relevant items first, followed by the remaining (not covered based on another filter).  Now with 2007, it won’t.  I found how to fix it, but I have to click on every heading EVERY TIME.  Does anyone know how to turn off Autosort?  I can click on the heading, click on sort under pivot table options, click more options, then click off Autosort, but there must be a way to disable that feature so I don’t have to click that over and over again. PLEASE HELP!!!!

This is the only workaround you need to select the heading click on sort under pivot table options, click more options, then click off Autosort, and try to save the file.

However there is VBA code for excel 2000 to turn off autosort: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/235537

check if you can find 1 for excel 2007
