MSJETSQL.TLB version 3.0 missing

.mdb files created in MS Access 2003 open with warning that some functions will not work properly in MS Access 2010 because it cannot find file MSJETSQL.TLB Version 3.0???

I am not familar with that library(and I'm not sure it's even used by Access 2003) but what you need to do is remove the checkmark from that Reference, it will probably be prefixed with *MISSING*.  To do this go to Tools - References found under any Code module.

    Yep, that's not used anymore (and not by Access 2003, maybe in Access 97 or 95)...  Glad you problem is solved!
