MS Agent

Question

I have been trying to import my contacts from an excel file to my outlook and I get several errors:

• This prodcut requires Microsoft Agent 2.0 or later - available on the Office System Pack.
• MS Outlook cannot start the required translator
• THe path MS Office XP standard cannot be found - find the installation package STDRET.MSI in a folder from which you can install the product.

I have looked for the files, downloaded the MS Agent files and still am getting error messages. Where are the exe files found?  Can I download them and why haven't the MS Agent files fixed the problem?
