Using EndNote with Word 2007

I am trying to insert citations into a Word document so that I can quickly and easily create a bibliography at the end. I have EndNote 9 and Word 2007.

I don't even know where to start! I can't find an icon for EndNote on the ribbon and when I searched Word Help  it gave me information about footnotes and endnotes, not about inserting citations.

Can someone direct me to some easy instructions? Thank you!

It is always a good idea to check with the help of the product:

Note that newer versions of EndNote acts as viruses in Word 2007. It removes the built-in referencing functionality from the ribbon in Word 2007 without any reason. I guess they realise their product is bad and are afraid of some competition.
