Can't create multiple value combo box

Hello

I'm trying to create a Multiple Value Combo Box in Access 2007. However as far as I can tell the option is showing up. According to the guide, on the data sheet few, on the Lookup pane for the field the list should run something like this:

List Width

Limit to List

Allow Multiple Values  ---- This option is NOT there. At all.

Allow Value List Edits

The option to allow multiple values is not showing up on the Lookup Wizard either.

Does anyone know why this might be?

Basically I have two tables, with a form for each one. One table is of applicants for jobs, the other is for the info on the jobs. I want the multiple value combo box to be on the Applicants table, so that I can select which jobs they have applied for by pulling the job titles from the Jobs table, it seems like it SHOULD be simple and the Multi Value Combo Box is what I'm after, but the choice to create one doesn't seem to be there!

You need to set that at the table level AND your database must be in .ACCDB format.  Go to Design View for the table and in the field select the Lookup tab and change to a Combo Box and you should now see those options.

    Hello

Had a look around, turns out even though I'm using Access 2007 for some reason as default it saves in Access 2000 format, so that's why I couldn't do it. Thanks for the help, wouldn't have though of that otherwise!

I've looked at it in design view, on the table, and in the Lookup Tab, it is set to combo box, the option is not there.

How would I check what format it is in? I assume it's in whatever the default one is, don't know if that's .ACCDB or not. IF I look at the file properties it says the file type is 'Microsoft Office Access Database'
