Validation rule: only from drop-down

Hi!

Hope someone can help me with something simple. I need a validation rule that only lets you to select from a drop-down, if you type anything else not in the dropdown or if you try to type, then you get error.

any help with this please?

Select property 'Limit to list' as Yes   and  'Allow Edits'  as No.

Build a little, test a little.
