Message when updating Office Startup says to use Microsoft Update [caps] to get a new version of Microsoft Client Virtualization Handler [caps]. Are these programs? I can't find either one in my computer (Win7) or on Microsoft's website. How can I get a new version of that M.C.V.H.?

Have you installed a Click-2-Run(C2R) version of Office 2010 on the machine?

If so, this issue comes up of the 'Microsoft Client Virtualization Handler' is damaged. Uninstall Office 2010 C2R to run to fix this issue. Follow the steps below:

Click Start > Control Panel > Uninstall or Change a Program (Programs and Features)>Click on Microsoft Office 2010 in the currently installed programs list, and then click Uninstall.

If it fails to uninstall from the control panel use the C2R removal tool from the link below:http://c2r.microsoft.com/tools/cleanc2r.zip

Reinstall Office 2010 and this should resolve the issue.
