A family of Microsoft spreadsheet software with tools for analyzing, charting, and communicating data.
Normal digits (123...) are known as Arabic numbers in English. The only other type of numbers commonly used in English are Roman numerals (i, ii, iii, iv, v, etc.)
I guess by Arabic numbers, you may mean something like those shown at http://arabicmore.info/i/jpg/arabic-numbers-1-10.jpg that have the names of wahid, itnan, talatah, arba'ah, hamsah, sittah, sab'ah, tamanyah, tis'ah, 'asrah
The Knowledge Base Article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823002 says that it "explains how to type Arabic and English numbers in Excel Cells.
