I have windows7 and installed microsoft office student and teacher edition 2003. I didn't have any trouble installing but now I am getting windows updates and the updates fail. The error code is 626. I have norton 2010 internet security. What can I do to correct this problem?

Note: enable to enable normal Start-up after troubleshooting.
