Paste format including column width, row height and grouped columns and rows

I would like to copy the formatting from one worksheet to another. The formatted worksheet includes varying column heights, rows of grouped data as well as varying formats for individual cells. When I copy the 'source' worksheet and paste special - formats to the destination worksheet - only the formatting for the individual cells are copied. The formatting related to column widths, and rows of grouped data doesn't get copied. This use to work in the older version of Excel. Any ideas how I can copy the complete formatting from one worksheet to another?

The Paste Special dialog also contains an option button for "Column widths". If I remember correctly, this was a separate option in Excel 2003 too.

As far as I know, row grouping is only copied if you copy entire rows. (And similar for column grouping).
