Delete Style from Normal Template

I am applying this to Word Table Styles, but I have also had this challenge in Word.

When creating a Custome Style, you are given the option to have it only effect the one document, or all documents. When you apply it to all documents (dotx), I am wondering how to remove one custom style.

Do I have to open normal.dotx as a template and manually delete it... Or is there an easier way to delete a single style that I have made...

I know deleting normal.dotx will reset the template.... However that will get rid of all custom templates. I just want to delete one. (In theory).

You can use the Organizer dialog box to delete styles from documents and templates. To display the dialog box: in the Styles pane (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S), click Manage Styles. Click the Import/Export button.
