I have a team set up for a non-profit using MS Teams (free) and when I send an invitation to new users they are being told they cannot access my "organisation" - why is this and how to I solve the problem? I have sent requests to them but cannot see the responses to the requests in my pending requests space.

Invitations are being sent to emails outside the organisation, I've been following the basics as per video, but the users are not coming up in my pending requests box and they cannot see the organisation though they are able to see that they have messages in the teams within the organisation.
Have they clicked the invitation received in email and gone through the steps. It need to set a password, login etc.
If at all they don't see the email in their inbox, please check at spam folder. I have seen this sometimes too

Do all the people have no access to your organization?
Could you provide us any related screenshots to understand your situation clearly?
Please make sure that you have enabled the ability to invite other via link. Go to Manage org in the profile section > Manage join link section.
Apart from the invite link, you can also try to invite people via your Microsoft account.
