I have a large amount of data to sort bya pivot table, the data now exceeds the 10000 lines and the resulting pivot table does not include all the data.
Can I increase the number (10000) of lines allowed ?

Not sure I understand your problem...XL 2003 has a limit of 32,500 unique items in a PivotTable, and 256 fields per area. Which limit are you running into?
