Hi, in Excel I am trying to have a picture remain constantly on the screen whilst the rows scroll up and down.

Is this possible?

Thanks,

 Simon

The easiest way, although quite restrictive, would be to place your picture near the top of the worksheet, and freeze panes so that the top rows are always visible.

I don't think there is an OnScroll event in Excel, so I don't see any other way.

Why do you want to do this?  There might be another way.

    Cheers

Thanks Rich, yes your suggestion works I was wondering if there are other ways.

I have a scanned image which I am using as a reference to various different print and wind directions for products I am working with and then collating the information/settings against each product.

    Thanks again,

    Si
